In the name of Allah the Most Beneficent the Most Merciful,
“It is He who created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot; then He brings you out as a child; then [He develops you] that you reach your [time of] maturity, then [further] that you become elders. And among you is he who is taken in death before [that], so that you reach a specified term; and perhaps you will use reason.”
Dear reader, all humans go through the stages of life mentioned in this profound verse. We should reflect on these stages and some of what we learn are:
- Our creation is not without purpose.
Our Wise Lord did not create us and measure our existence on this planet purposelessly. He does not do anything randomly.Everything He does is with wise purpose. Thus you and I are here for a reason and for an appointed time.Which leads me to my next point.
- The day of Judgement is real
We humans do many things in our lifetime. Some good ,some bad.In addition to that our Lord assigned us with a certain responsibility. It is only reasonable that we shall one day go back to Him and be informed of how we performed. As with any other test in this test of life some will succeed and some will fail.
- We have no control over life and death.
You and I dear reader did not choose to be born.Death also does not seek our consent.Even in the case of suicide where people decide to take their own life how many people attempted it and it did go through. The point is dear reader we have no control over of lifespan and its only reasonable that we humble ourselves and submit to the One who is in control of all our affairs.
May Allah make it easy for us to submit, obey and be steadfast on the path of truth until the appointed time comes to pass.
and Allah knows best.
Asalaam aleykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. (May the peace and Mercy and Blessings of Allah be upon you.)
